Service Agreement
By using our consulting services, you agree to our standard consulting approach. All technical audits and strategic roadmaps are provided under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your intellectual property and business information.
Scope of Services
Our services include technical strategy consulting, architecture reviews, team assessments, and implementation guidance. We provide expert recommendations and strategic roadmaps tailored to your specific business needs and technical requirements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their current technical infrastructure, business objectives, and any constraints that may impact project outcomes. Timely feedback and collaboration are essential for successful project delivery.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Initial strategy sessions are complimentary, with subsequent services billed according to the agreed scope and timeline. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables created during our engagement become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and approaches for our own marketing and service improvement purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from our recommendations or implementations. All strategic advice is provided as guidance and should be validated by your internal teams.
Confidentiality
All client information remains strictly confidential. Our team members are bound by NDAs and professional ethics. We do not disclose client relationships or project details without explicit permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. All fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due. We will provide all deliverables created up to that point.
