Chief People Officer
Victoria began her career as a researcher in organisational psychology, studying how team structures and management practices affect performance in complex organisations. That academic grounding gave her an unusually analytical lens when she moved into people operations, where she has since spent over a decade working inside fast-growing technology companies.
She joined Spotify when the company was scaling rapidly across Europe and North America, and built out the people function to support that growth in a way that preserved the qualities that made the organisation effective. She later worked with Klarna during its European expansion, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development and how to maintain a coherent culture as the business grew across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
At NexGen, Victoria is responsible for every aspect of the people agenda: hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, culture and leadership development. She approaches each of these with a practical mindset, interested in what actually changes how people work rather than in surface-level programmes that look credible but have little effect. She is particularly focused on building a firm where talented people want to stay and develop over time.
Victoria holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Stockholm University and serves on the advisory board of the Stockholm School of Economics.
