Stefan Meyer

Stefan's background spans corporate finance, capital markets and the financial operations of large technology businesses. He trained as a chartered accountant before joining Goldman Sachs, where he spent several years advising on technology transactions across Europe and the Middle East. He subsequently moved into industry as CFO of SAP's cloud division, overseeing financial operations through a period of significant international growth and organisational complexity.

At NexGen, Stefan is responsible for financial strategy, capital allocation, investor relations and commercial governance. He works closely with the CEO and board on how the firm is structured, funded and positioned for growth, and has led NexGen's fundraising rounds and most of its strategic acquisitions. He brings a disciplined perspective to financial decisions without being averse to calculated risk, which has shaped how the firm has grown.

Stefan holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a qualified chartered accountant. He sits on the supervisory board of two European fintech companies and is based in London.
