Chief Operating Officer
Grant has spent his career designing and running delivery organisations in demanding, high-stakes environments. He trained as an engineer before moving into consulting at KPMG, where he worked on large technology transformation programmes for government and financial services clients across the UK and North America. He later joined Palantir Technologies as COO, where he built and managed the firm's global delivery function across a client base spanning defence, intelligence and commercial sectors.
At Palantir, Grant oversaw delivery across dozens of simultaneous engagements, each with significant complexity and political sensitivity. That experience shaped how he thinks about operational design: the structures, processes and people decisions that determine whether a professional services firm can consistently deliver what it promises.
At NexGen, Grant is responsible for how the firm operates day to day. That includes resource management, project governance, quality control, and ensuring the firm can scale its delivery capacity without diluting its standards. He works closely with practice leaders and client partners to ensure programmes are properly resourced and that problems are surfaced and resolved early.
Grant holds a degree in Engineering from Imperial College London and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
